Key Responsibilities

  • - Supports the Registrar’s Office in managing policies, academic records, overseeing student registration, and ensuring smooth academic operations.
  • - Maintaining accurate student data, coordinating course registration and exam processes
  • - Preparing official documents, and ensuring compliance with university policies.
  • - Provides guidance to students and faculty on academic procedures and uses student information systems to support reporting and administrative tasks.
  • - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and effective communication are essential.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • - Master’s degree required (Education Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred)
