• Skills: Curriculum Development 
• The lecturers will be appointed to teach undergraduate and postgraduate modules (PhD level staff)  and therefore two years’ lecturing experience at tertiary level is a perquisite.
• Other perquisites include: Designing and implementing curriculum, assessing and monitoring student academic performance, working with students from different ethnic, geographical and educational backgrounds (including disadvantaged educational backgrounds) and using SIMS and Turnitin Software.

• Qualifications and Experience:
• Education Level:  PhD in Business Management related fields such as Economics, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Entrepreneurship
• Academic Research Experience: Research and Publications of peer reviewed articles in accredited journals
• Supervision Experience: Supervised students at undergraduate and postgraduate level (Masters and PhD students)
