The course introduces different concepts, theories and ideas that help managers to understand how people behave in organizations and how that behavior can be managed and harnessed to effectively and efficiently achieve organisational goals and objectives.
The aim of the course is to provide students with knowledge and some awareness of, and sensitivity to, the organisational factors and management processes influencing the behaviour and performance of people at work
