Course Overview

Leadership theories and practice introduces students to the concept of leadership and key concepts and theories of leadership important for both the organizations and individuals. They will be exposed to the difference between leadership and management and how the two disciplines complement each other.

The aim of this course is to equip students with knowledge and skills that will lead to the development of effective leadership qualities needed at both individual and organizational levels.
