The course introduces students to basic mathematics concepts such as sets, functions, indices and logarithms. In addition, students will also gain knowledge and skills of performing interest calculations and investment appraisal.
The aim of the course is to provide students with the required mathematical background by consolidating and developing further from secondary school mathematics an understanding of such sections as are essential for application in the business environment.
